Only in Texas....

So on my Dad’s 50^th Birthday (July 24) we decided to go to a rodeo since none of us had ever been.  We figured it would be a fun thing to do since we were in Texas.  Little did we expect to find something like this to happen.  Sorry for the shaky video but it was a mixture laughing hysterically and not knowing and not believing what was going on. So watch and enjoy because I think this is something that could only be from Texas.
